Ehrhardt Stahl- und Maschinenbau GmbH can look back upon a long and successful history of over 50 years.
Founded in 1970 by Helmut Ehrhardt in Beckum, products and services from the Römerstrasse production site quickly established themselves in the local cement industry.
Based on initial repairs and the individual manufacturing of high-quality machines in the field of conveyor technology, the company was able to make a name for itself within a short period of time, as a specialist for the design and construction of systems and equipment for conveyor and loading technology. They are recognized far beyond Germany's borders – covering the whole spectrum of cement, stone and earth industries.
By establishing the company's own construction and assembly departments, our customers needs – from planning to commissioning – are completely covered at one central source. Our associated know-how is widely used when determining repair and revision periods for customers.
In 2007, Di Matteo Förderanlagen GmbH & Co. KG, made a substantial financial investment in Ehrhardt and in 2016 Ehrhardt was fully integrated into the Di Matteo Group. The combined economic safety and mutual transfer of knowledge put Ehrhardt in a position to concentrate entirely on the core competencies of system assembly, revision of systems and machines, technological steel construction and special constructions. Further synergies are particularly evident in the machines and systems of the Di Matteo Group and Ehrhardt's expertise guarantees consistently high quality.
Today, over 100 employees at the Beckum site ensure that innovative machines, complete systems and services are available to customers from the cement, food and wood processing industries, the stone-earth sector, as well as recycling and environmental technology, up to date technology of highest quality.
