Customers of Ehrhardt Stahl- und Maschinenbau GmbH are not left to their own devices, even after commissioning. Among other things, we take on the procurement of spare parts, as well as the design and manufacture of special parts, which can be produced on request directly in Di Matteo Group's own foundry.
The provision of spare parts in sufficient quantities – if necessary, in a consignment warehouse – is part of Ehrhardts portfolio, so that no bottleneck ensues. And of course, we also ensure that the systems are professionally dismantled and reassembled to guarantee that they function flawlessly.
